For over thirty years, Nextron has approached crimping connector solutions from the perspective of a connector designer. More than just a machine manufacturer, we’ve also provided crimping outsourcing services for numerous clients over the decades. Through continuous hands-on experience with a wide range of crimping challenges, we’ve developed and refined optimal solutions. We believe that no machine is perfect—but Nextron is committed to offering the most suitable choice for your needs.

Type A Compact and Flexible for Various Applications

301/303AM-Mini:Designed for production lines that require frequent relocation, particularly for small-sized PCB-type products. It serves as the final station for low-volume, high-mix PCBA manufacturing, effectively addressing production line scheduling and space adaptability requirements.

Type C User-Friendly Interface for Everyone

305CM Series: Building upon the success of the long-popular LPM3 series, this model comes with a standard adjustable tabletop. It is ideal for PCB products arranged in coastal-line layouts. The simple C-type structure supports a Y-axis travel of up to 310mm, with an X-axis range extending to 630mm. (An additional 50mm on each side can be added with a rotating upper press head.) With upgrade options available, entry-level manual platforms can be enhanced to automated XY tables (from CM to CA models). The intuitive user interface (available in English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese) makes setup and operation easier for operators, providing real-time crimping feedback and allowing MES system integration for production record exports.

Type H  Ideal for Inline Automation

305HA Series:Developed to meet full-panel PCB crimping demands, the gantry-type structure provides a crimping range of X-610mm and Y-550mm. A fixed spindle ensures consistent crimping positions. (The rotating upper press head can extend each side by an additional 50mm.) Customers can integrate their own automation capabilities to enhance the efficiency of automatic crimping operations.
