Our workforce, with over 50% women, is the driving force behind our innovation. In just a year, we saw a significant surge in female representation among grassroots supervisors from 54.5% to 81.3%. Women also make up 52% of our STEM workforce. Most notably, we've seen a 6.3% increase in senior executive roles held by women compared to the previous year, a testament to our unwavering commitment to gender equality.
