Explanation of Monitoring Results:
All monitoring points comply with the legally permitted concentration standards. However, to further protect workers, efforts should be made to continuously reduce concentration levels at the workplace. Workers in these environments should wear effective personal protective equipment (PPE) and undergo regular health checkups. Additionally, worker education and training should be conducted to ensure the proper use of equipment and to foster safe and hygienic work habits.
D:Staff Training
We conduct periodic occupational safety and health training for employees to ensure they are well-informed about workplace safety and the prevention of occupational diseases.
Annual Implementation:
In 2024, we conducted two sessions on occupational safety, disaster prevention, and first aid training, four sessions on workplace safety, and courses on preventing unlawful harm and improving communication skills.
