Nextronics’President & CEO Mr. Stephen Hsu visited the NTUH(National Taiwan University Hospital) Cardiovascular Center

The President & CEO of Nextronics Engineering Corp. Mr. Stephen Hsu visited the NTUH(National Taiwan University Hospital) Cardiovascular Center on July 7th, 2016.  Dr. Lin and his team introduced the most advanced 3D mapping system and catheter for cardiovascular surgery.  NTUH uses the Carto 3 3D mapping system, developed by Biosense Webster (Johnson & Johnson).

In this visit of surgical system and operation, Nextron’s push-pull circular connectors were indeed widely used by medical industry.

The mapping catheters, ablation catheters, the systems that are connected to the catheters, and the peripheral devices including patient monitors with ECG, SpO2, NIBP functions are all using circular push-pull connectors.  Nextronics developed this product series, and this product is full of potentialities in medical industry.

Nextronics has focused on medical connector for nearly 20 years.  Its circular connector uses engineering plastic with characteristics high resistance of high-temperatured sterilization, chemical, wearing, hydrolysis, and with mechanical strength and bio-compatibility.  Thus the connector is used widely in medical devices, systems, cable, and invasive catheters.

Furthermore there are types for more robust, ruggedized metal shell, IP 64/68 and other application-oriented connector series.

In today’s aging population in the world, the medical care is constantly and stably rising.  Nextronics is expecting to become the invisible champion with its customers and 20 years of experience in medical connector industry.
